At Coca-Cola Andina, we consider that people with disabilities can contribute in many ways and our goal is to harness and empower their talent and skills, we consider diversity as a fundamental factor to improve year after year.

In Brazil, we continue with the Employment Inclusion program for people with disabilities, which, in conjunction with the National Service of Industrial Learning (SENAI for its acronym in Spanish), and our goal is to professionally educate people for labor insertion. Today, there are 287 people with disabilities working at our operations in that country, equivalent to 3.82% of the total number of workers.

The company also pays special attention to labor inclusion of young people. Argentina has the Primer Paso, Pila program and since 2018 it adhered to the Professional Inclusion Program (PIP) that gives young newcomers of different careers, the possibility of having their first formal experience. The Young Apprentice program continues in Brazil that allows them to be included in the labor market, providing constant trainings and an economic income that allows them to help their families or loved ones. Between 2014 and 2018, 578 young people participated in the program, 59% of which are women.

At Coca-Cola Andina Chile, trainings were imparted on the subjects of diversity and inclusion with the participation of 706 collaborators. In addition, within the country's operations, we have eight workers who have some kind of disability.

In Paraguay, we are working with the Saraki Foundation, which seeks to develop processes and actions so that people with disabilities have access to the opportunities and necessary resources to fully participate in economic, social and cultural activities. Trainings and counseling were provided on the incorporation process of people with disabilities to the company and for the same purpose a building diagnosis was performed.
