EthicsPoint is a comprehensive confidential reporting tool created by a third party, NAVEX Global. It helps Embotelladora Andina S.A. (the “Company” or “ANDINA”) address fraud and other illegal practices or activities that may occur within the organization while promoting a positive work environment. Andina has made this tool available to its employees and any third party connected to the Company who deems it necessary to report any inappropriate practice or situation related to accounting matters, accounting controls, or auditing issues, as well as legal violations related to corporate and/or economic crimes, anti-corruption regulations, or serious ethical breaches (“Reportable Matters”).
Law 21.643, or Karin Law, is a Chilean regulation that establishes a legal framework for the prevention, investigation, and sanction of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and/or violence in the workplace. The information provided through this channel is confidential, and only individuals authorized by Coca-Cola Andina will have access to it to comply with the protocols and regulations established by the Company.
